Lacristal is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. Each product is securely packed in Thermocol and again an outer layer of thick cardboard box for secured delivery. It has passed the ‘fall test’.

Domestic shipment charges – All orders within India are shipped free of cost.

 

• Where do you ship from?

Items offered on our website are shipped from Noida, India. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments because of the weight limit for each parcel.

• How long does it take to deliver an order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 10 working days as products are handcrafted. Most orders within India are delivered within 7 to 10 working days since dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.  However, the delivery times are not guaranteed. 

• What Taxes/Duty/Customs are applicable?

For Indian customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 

 

• Do you offer Cash on Delivery? (COD)

• Can I track my order?

You can use the tracking number that has been sent to you by the shipping confirmation email to track your shipment; if the tracking number isn’t responsive on the website or is invalid, please contact us on info@lacristal.com

For any complaints with regards to your order please contact us at info@lacristal.com within 3 days of your order delivery for a resolution.

• Where will my order be delivered?

Delivery of all orders will be to the shipment address (mentioned while ordering) of the buyer.  Lacristal will ensure quality packing materials for shipment that is robust for delivery purposes. 

We will not be responsible for any shipment failures caused by wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer while ordering our product.
