Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Lacristal endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is smooth. We take great
care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do
not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.

Return Policy:
1.A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-
A wrong product has been delivered
Damaged or broken product identified on receipt. Please appreciate that given the
handmade nature of product, there will be slight variations in the product.
1. Our return policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product under the
conditions mentioned above as per the confirmation from out courier partner.
2. Please send us 3 images (one of the damaged part, one of the entire product and one
of the shipping box) for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the
images at hello@lacristal.com from where our team will check the details in reference
to its eligibility for return.
3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working
days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been
accepted, we shall arrange for the pickup of the product.
4. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our team will check the merchandise
and the refund/exchange process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It
will then reflect in your bank account within 5-7 days.
5. – Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, bar codes,
accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice,
etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition.
Refunds
1. All refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the merchandise
back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in form of Store Credits, Store
Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date
and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed within 2-3 days on
confirmation. Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and
COD orders will be refunded in form of Store Credits. Please allow 2-3 working days
for the same.
